The first time Neil and I went out to eat post-vax was weird but amazing. It’s our favorite thing to do and absence truly made the heart grow fonder. I’m so pleased and content with the small things and I hope I don’t lose sight of how valuable simple things like getting a fancy drink at a bar is. In his podcast The Anthropocene Reviewed, writer John Green said, “The light soaked-days are coming.” I think they’ve finally arrived.
